Laurent started professional coaching in 2006, after a career in consulting and training. Since then, he has coached more than 5,000 people in career transition — executives, employees, entrepreneurs, job seekers.

His conviction: emotions are the key. Not psychometric tests, not competency grids, not job descriptions. What makes people choose the wrong path is listening to their head instead of listening to what makes them come alive.

The "From Confusion to Role" method was born from this conviction. It has been refined year after year, session after session. Navia makes it accessible to everyone through AI.

You build your action plan, prepare your tools (CV, pitch, network), and take action. Navia supports you to the end — not just until the plan.

Key principles of the method

The coach is a co-pilot, not a guru. You remain the pilot of your life. We don't give solutions — we help answers emerge through the right questions at the right time.

Emotions are strengths, not weaknesses. Sensitivity, anger, frustration — these are precious signals. The method uses them as a compass, not as problems to solve.
